St George Palace

 

We were extremely impressed with the standard of both apartments in St George Palace. The quality of the furniture and fittings were first class and the views from the balcony's were amazing.

The reception area and bar were very comfortable with a roaring log fire  burning in the very large and modern fireplace. There was always plenty of comfortable seating in and around the reception area and we found that it was the ideal place to relax after coming back from the slopes.

We also made good use of the Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam Room, and the we also sampled the buffet in the restaurant several times during the week.

The apartment was a 15 minute walk from the Gondola Station, but as there was a ski bus available every half hour during the morning and afternoon, that runs from the Hotel to the Gondola Station, this was not a problem.

We certainly enjoyed our stay in Bansko at the St George Palace, the apartments are modern, well designed and the whole Apartment Hotel was very welcoming  and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised at the facilities available in the Apartment Hotel and if we were to return to Bansko then we would want to stay in an apartment in St George Palace.
